Whether you are single, a couple, or a family of eight, you will have the whole top floor to yourselves. We believe this will give privacy and comfort to our guests, and it helps us focus on being great hosts. 

The design is clean and modern, with fresh white bed linen and mattress and pillow protectors. Cleanliness is key, and we operate a stringent cleaning process.

At the front we have a good sized room, with a super king size bed designed for comfort and space, a 2ft6 fold out sofa bed for smaller guests, Convenient en- suite with a WC Basin and single shower, A 43 inch latest Smart TV with many apps, channels and internet access. and plenty of storage so you can unpack and feel at home. 

Our middle room comprises of two single beds and a standard double bed, a 32 inch latest Smart TV with all the apps and internet. Again, storage all available.

The back bedroom has two single beds simple, comfortable and cosy, and again, a 32 inch latest Smart TV,

Why not enjoy a long soak in the Victorian style roll top bath or a take advantage of the spacious double shower. Not only will you find fresh white towels, but also other little touches, like shower caps and cotton buds, and freshly laundered dressing gowns.

There is a hairdryer and we can provide an ironing board and iron on request ( downstairs)

The Front bedroom has a wall secured safe if you wish to store valuables with peace of mind while you stay with us. Alternatively, we have a lockable office for larger items you wish to keep secure.

Books, games and toys are dotted around to make your stay feel like home from home, we also have some sensory aids available for our Neuro diverse guests.

Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk are all provided and topped up when requested. 

On arrival, we welcome you with a snacking gift tray, at no extra cost.

A small fridge is provided to keep those much needed summer cold drinks chilled to perfection.

There is a fan available on the your floor to help keep you cool and fresh.

On the ground floor, you'll will find our new Breakfast lounge, designed with flexibility in mind, for a comfortable guest experience, which offers a little more privacy for when you need it.

Take a pew, quite literally on a piece of Blackpool local history, and prepare for your fun packed day, with our hearty continental breakfast. Utilize the space during the daytime, or evening, to enjoy some TV, or to make yourself a brew.
