Our heart is for people to know their worth, and to know they are loved and precious. We aim to deliver bespoke hospitality to meet each guest's individual needs. We are also on hand to support guests with additional needs, from learning disabilities to mental health issues.

We bring our years of experience in Christian ministry to bring extra support where needed, so, If you're feeling broken and tired and in need of a recharge, you're in the right place.

We believe in being authentic, down to earth and ultimately that by simply being ourselves we can offer hospitality with a difference. We practice a people over profit philosophy , we have THE SAME RATES all year round, with no price hikes for high days and holidays some might call us bad business people, but The Flints isn't just a job to us, it's a way of giving back.

And talking about giving back, we also offer a referral scheme, to help lower income guests and vulnerable guests access a cheaper holiday, and we operate a 'Pay It Forward' scheme, any financial gifts left by supporters or guests is used directly to support those who need it most!
